I've been updating my playlist of my favorite songs of the albums I've reviewed and I might be the least critical person ever 😭 I keep adding nearly every song from the album

8.5/10 This album is so freaking funky it's wild. All the songs flow well together, the rhythms are awesome and the guy's voice fits perfectly. Vocals are kinda sparce, so the album really leans on the instrumental. I think this music showed in my recommended because of Tiktok.

8/10 I got randomly given "Do You Know (What Rainbows Look Like)" through auto-play and it entirely sidetracked whatever I was doing cause I think the song's so beautiful. This album is not for everyone, a lot of the chiptune parts are very shrill and jarring, but some of the songs just work anyway.

8/10 Hearing "Whisper" from this album by YouTube Music recommendation is what originally drove me to listen to the band. Probably top 5 songs to me. The album's a little long, but I do like most of the songs in it and it keeps the same energy and general vibe throughout.

people can say what they want about silksong's difficulty or unfairness but the movement is so fun and i imagine you can get real fancy if you know what you're doing. like now that I've got movement options runbacks don't feel tedious and it is fun to run through full speed

I finally got around to putting a new micro-sd in my phone cause its only got 64 GB (gross) and the process of deleting and redownloading all my music on Youtube Music caused the app to entirely cease function for 10 mins until it finished downloading, and I wasn't even finished by then.

This is the part where I explain my comparison between "The Longest Weekend" and "Deep Sleep". The musical progression (?) in Deep Sleep when the lyrics go "Or are we just worlds away?" sounds a lot like the one in The Longest Weekend when those lyrics go "as pure as it is here" (as well as others)

9/10 And that other is Deep Space! Honestly listening to it now it's a bit of a stretch but it puts this album in my head anyways. Fantastic album! All the songs fit together, and most hold up as singles as well. A Life Frozen in Time is also of my favorite genre of closing songs, being way longer.

9.5/10 Think I'd rate this little lower than Digital Nightmare, but it feels a lot more TWRP than that one, probably due to a lack of guests. Stargazing and The Longest Weekend are gorgeous songs that did make me tear up a bit. The latter features a rhythm that reminds me terribly of another song...

My next album feature will be not one but TWO albums since I skipped last week and the one I plan on featuring this week reminded me of another very hard.

8.5/10 This one was a long time coming, having been spoonfed a couple of the songs individually over time. It's the same chaotic kinda sound I like from Discipline and King Crimson in general. None of the songs are necessarily at the top of my list but they're all solid and get stuck in my head.

8/10 Listening to this band's discography in chronological order is kinda really funny because there's such a clear improvement over the first album. The vocals in this one are still a little corny but they really got the Megaman sound down strong. I'm magnetized to the Magnetman song.

Finally time to look for a new cat after Missy passed and I found 97. I really like him. Gonna look into meeting him soon.

10/10 I associate memories to music very heavily, and always think about those memories when songs come on. I associate this album with my best friend, who recommended it to me, as well as the thing that got me into listening to music in the first place. Every song in this album is dear to my heart.

9/10 I love coming back to this album for something goofy. When "I Own A Car" released as a single, I probably listened to it a hundred times. "Galaxy Hampster" going into the real slow and soft part is so funny and it holds up musically. This is also really the first NSP album I ever listened to.

8/10 Solid album, but not quite entrancing. I feel like the first half is much stronger than the second, which isn't always bad since it can keep listeners hooked, but I reckon "Build And Destroy" can do that on its own. Nice transition into the song as well. I did really like "King Of Love".

8.5/10 My coworker played "White Winter Hymnal" between his slow country music and that song caught my attention hard. It is so beautiful and simple. The rest of the album is pretty solid as well. For a debut album it's fantastic. I don't think I dislike any songs from it either.

9/10 Got the song "King Of Swing" played and liked it so much I went to check out the album and saw it had "Minnie the Moocher". Played that song in jazz band and loved it. This whole album is great, and I especially loved "So Long-Farewell-Goodbye" cause it's just so fun!.

8/10 I've liked The Much Much How How and I for a long time, and this was the third listen I gave to Eye to the Ear. It just didn't really grab onto me until this week. I think it just gave a nice musical break from the rest I've been listening to, and that's nice.
