In Trump-world, urging “members of the military and the intelligence community to refuse unlawful orders” is sedition. Sir, you’ve got it backwards. Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), service members are obligated to obey lawful orders but an illegal one must NOT be carried out.
