@orichalcumgolem.bsky.social So, there was a federal court action on this, but it was over the "wording" of a Texas bill, not Kansas. And Kansas used the Texas bill wording in two of their bills SB180 and SB244 which is why they are 'unenforceable'. And that is the court action the DOT spoke of.

The simple *FACT* is, TERF aggession in the United States is being thrown out by our courts here. But in the United Kingdom it is not being 'thrown out". The people in the U.K. are loosing their rights and there doesn't seem to be any hope for them currently.
