For the past three nights, our friends in Uganda have been engaged in Operation Liberty (my phrase). After receiving word that the military was starting to execute prisoners abducted during the election, they raised funds to negotiate the release of 38 prisoners. ALL 38 HAVE NOW BEEN RELEASED. 1/2
