I was genuinely afraid I would walk into this program and feel like I had made a mistake and never wanted to set foot in a writing space again but instead it’s filled me with this intense sense of belonging that I think will make me depressed when it’s over

Day one of my residency done and I think I’m physically unable to cope with my excitement

searching for editorial assistant positions and job websites are always like "did you mean retail sales associate?" I did not, thank you though!
