I carry a rescue blanket on my motorcycle to keep a casualty dry and warm while waiting for the medics. One of our riding group was hurt and although it was dry until he was in the ambulance, it then poured down. A learning from this article is to also carry some dried fruit and water. #motorcycles

The thing that’s going to kill British print newspapers and magazines and drag down lots of news outlets is not losing readers due to death/boredom (that’s a nice predictable downward graph) but the collapse of the distribution network. Already happening! Can’t buy a paper at York station right now.

Wish more people realised that for most art businesses, there's only one person doing all the work. Creating, shipping, admin, promotion, starting feuds with other artists, painting unflattering portraits of them into historical scenes, trying to poison them, it's all one person.

Isn't it possible to do both?
