Finished my week in Trento with a presentation to the School of International Studies on techno-solutionism & novel foods #foodsystems. Thanks to Alice Dal Gobbo (discussant), Louisa Parks (chair) & special thanks to Francesca Forno for making it all happen.

In Trento & just delivered the opening keynote ('Systems thinking through the lens of food') to the residential course for participants of the Growing Green Minds project. Great to work with highly motivated educationalists keen to bring food systems mapping into the classroom #foodsystems
