Three series of Forever Green were produced, although Series 2 was delayed due to coverage of the Gulf War and aired back to back with Series 3 in 1992. Now listed as one 12 episode second series, the last 6 episodes see increased roles for Daisy Bates and Nimer Rashed.

There are some famous faces making guest appearances in Forever Green, including a young Keeley Hawes, EastEnders' Linda Henry and Corrie's Maggie Jones.

Forever Green's recurring cast includes Wendy van der Plank, Philip McGough and Paola Dionisotti. After initial storylines surrounding alternative lifestyles and healing, later episodes take on a more generic tone to living in the country.

Forever Green was a drama series airing on ITV between 1989 and 1992. Starring Pauline Collins and John Alderton, with Daisy Bates and Nimer Rashed as the Boult family, who move from the bustle of the city to a new life in the country.
