Fear I may have to push the Venomborn re-release back to early January. Everything is very crowded at the moment and as keen as I was to get it out in time for SPFBO, I don't think it's worth scuppering my launch dropping in December just for a 50% chance to get into the comp :/

Phew. That's it done. With the first draft of Elder Fox in the bag, that means the entire Echoes of Elarien trilogy is drafted. The story exists. Still needs a ton of revision and moving stuff around, but it exists.

In one week...it begins.

Okay so Hades II is really good. I couldn't click with Clair Obscur or Silksong so it's a relief to find a game I'm having a lot of fun with. And the art is just phenomenal. Music is spot on. Writing seems good so far but will have to progress deeper into the narrative to really judge

2.5k words this morning. Broke the 90k mark. Everything's coming to a head now. Just the denouement to work out and that'll be drafting finished for the full Echoes of Elarien trilogy!

As I near the end of the first draft of Elder Fox, I grow closer to having to finally decide which project to work on next. I have two I can't choose between and both have been in the back of my mind for so long!
