Been thinking about this recently but it really fucks with me how in the SNES continuity of Star Fox Fox is the same age as I am, I’m used to the 64 continuity where he starts off as being 18(plus his SNES incarnation being my age just feels surreal)

Doctor Who’s future being uncertain now bums me out but I had a bad feeling that this was going to happen anyway, the Disney deal definitely didn’t go that well(I’m still mourning the loss of Ncuti Gatwa as the 15th Doctor even though it’s been over a year)

Talked about it elsewhere last night but something I noticed while trying to draw them again recently is that Wolf, Leon, and Pigma have a sort of space biker aesthetic going on from what we can see in their dialogue sprites which is a cool idea imo

Out of all the story related changes cut from the final version of Mother 3, this one always sticks with me. I have to wonder why they changed the end of chapter 7 to the Masked Man just flying off instead. Maybe they thought him being pushed to his limits and exploding was just too much?

Forgot to update but not too long after posting that I ended up seeing a rainbow while watching the sunset outside yesterday evening(was a relaxing time and the sky looked so beautiful during it, felt great out too)

I think it’s a shame that certain effects like this didn’t end up making it into the final game, having the environment change like this is such a cool technique with the technology the game utilized especially for the time(even if it clearly isn’t functioning properly in this prototype)

Today was the 30th anniversary of the Doctor Who tv movie and as a result the 8th Doctor as well, it’s not the best piece of Doctor Who media but I have a soft spot for it and do like it especially because of 8 himself, I wish he got more screen time but I see what we do have of him as special

Thinking about the tv movie again as its 30th anniversary approaches, this is honestly my favorite TARDIS interior design and I think it’s a shame that it never got used again, the homey feel is what I think should be standard since it’s not just a ship it’s the Doctor’s home too most importantly

Even though I have a problem with the character designs in that new Star Fox(I just personally think they look very generic, that’s my issue with them) I will say that I like what they did with the Arwings, I like the personal decals they put on them for each team member, it’s a nice touch imo
