Minneapolis and St Paul is a hodgepodge of people. You can have poorer people living next to middle class. Nice middle class neighborhoods just outside the inner city. Immigrants everywhere. They improve areas. They buy poor housing and improve the housing. Artists are in those areas too. Great area
