Something I have to deal a lot with now is I get 2nd hand anxiety a lot more now. It's like, a conflict or stressful moment in a film/book/game will sometimes cause me to experience an anxiety reaction. It's kinda annoying cuz the only way to stop it is disengage and talk with friends.
