ICE is facing growing scrutiny over detainee deaths and detention conditions. Now comes a reported change that could remove some deaths from public reporting. When the scoreboard disappears, trust usually follows. Prove to me that ICE is not a criminal organization.

Nothing says excellent judgment like pardoning 1,600 people and then watching about 1 in 16 promptly get arrested again for everything from DUIs to homicide. Very clearly ICE has become so violent and lawless that it, as an agency, no longer is trusted. It is beyond reform. ICE will need to be closed and its officers and agents prosecuted for murder, kidnapping, and other felonies. A new way of seeing immigration has to be found.
