Still playing Crimson Desert every day. I got into Chapter 4 last night. Very strange game! I've never played anything like it. I can make a list of things I don't like about it as long as my arm, but I keep coming back for more.

Started Crimson Desert this weekend. What a weird game! I thought everyone had to be exaggerating about the storyline making NO sense but no it is literally nonsense. The storytelling + Kliff controlling like a tank are my big issues. Combat + exploration are fun so far.

I've been gone for 2 weeks so I haven't played Crimson Desert yet. Despite the IGN 6/10 I think I might like it? I'm in a mood for a "wander around aimlessly, arm wrestle dudes + collect bugs + liberate towers + invest money + buy houses + hunt bounties + unlock recipes" kinda game.

Burnout 3 is underrated as one of the very, very best games of all time because you can show Burnout 3 footage to people two decades later and their reaction will still be "hell yeah, this rules. I wanna play this right now."

My whole family has been having fun playing in a shared Minecraft world. …until today, when we had an epic crash out in the Nether. A lengthy series of bad decisions and botched gear recue missions led to us losing EVERYTHING. All our diamonds, gold, levels, loot. One of my kids is still crying.

I've put 25 hrs into Against the Storm and I totally agree with the Overwhelmingly Positive reviews. It's a super clever, satisfying, and addictive roguelike city builder. Semi-random roguelite setup = you get the best parts of a city builder (the opening 1-2 hrs!) w/o it just feeling repetitive.

I played through most of Little Rocket Lab over the last few weeks and enjoyed it. A fun blend of Factorio + Stardew Valley: store.steampowered.com/app/2451100/... It's not as good as either of those all-time classics and isn't meant to last 100+ hours, but it's a very satisfying ~20hr journey.
