I’m not great at doing handwriting that isn’t mine but Kai’s is neat but nothing fancy for reports and such. In his own notes it’s more scribbled because he rushes it Ryn struggles with writing because of his dyslexia so his handwriting is very controlled, he writes slowly so it’s clearly spelt

Kai is probably the one who wants to cry the most often but he’s very very good at forcing it down. Which means when things get to a point where he can’t anymore it’s uuuhh bad He only really cries at personal emotional stuff Ryn goes through hell like 😐 but will tear up if an animal gets hurt 😭

There was a point where Kai may have supported them because mages being the superior class in Tevinter has only ever led to bad things for him. In the end his hatred of any form of enslavement won out over his fear of mages. During the mage uprising he was ten so he has no strong feelings there
