Consume Me is a game about the most formative time in our lives: High School. Set in a smart calendar system full of snappy minigames, its biting social commentary resonates at every level. My review:

Finished both parts of the Digmon Story: Time Stranger Demo, and wow! The love and care for Digimon is fully on display. The story could certainly be the best in the series. The release is less than a month away, and I'm super excited!

I didn't play much of the first game. But I forgot how much I enjoyed the art of Hollow Knight. So far, I'm sticking with Silksong. Platforming feels better and enjoying exploring around. The bosses damn though!

Can we please bring videogame demos back? Reviews are nice to get a taste of a game especially when it’s a reviewer you trust, but it’ll never be the same thing as trying out & playing the game for yourself. Games are so expensive & I know people have to make hard choices.

I am very happy to have both the Ninja Gaiden and Shinobi series returning with two seemingly really good 2D games (not even counting the 3D return for NG too) within a month of each other. Pretty awesome time to be a fan of Ninja action games.

Remasters of games make old games more accessible to new players (and make it easier for old fans to replay them). And more often than not, remasters help fund new games. They're not taking funds from new games or preventing new games from being made.

Donkey Kong Bananza is the ultimate catharsis game

Been absolutely loving Donkey Kong Bananza. Just so much fun to explore and destroy terrain at the same time. DK and Pauline are a sweet team. Another Nintendo Masterpiece.

I'm giving myself till Friday to see if I can finish Clair Obscur Expedition 33 before Donkey Kong Bananza becomes my main game I play for a while. Made it to Act 3. Expedition 33 is so freaking an awesome! My GOTY so far, no doubt.

Ghost of Yotei looks great, and I'm excited to play it at some point. Crazy seeing people get so hung up on, "oh, the graphics aren't blowing me away." If the game is awesome, who cares?

Really hard to talk about video games on here when I see what's happening in L.A. and all around the USA. My grandpa on my mom's side immigrated here from Venezuela in the 50's, my mom also immigrated in the early 80s from Venezuela. This is a country built on immigrants. We should be supportive.
