Reflecting as we head into tomorrow, I think the biggest triumph that The War Within has is Xal'atath. She's the first truly successful new villain we've had since Garrosh, and having her last for more than one expansion has done wonders towards building her up as a true threat.

One character I do hope gets a return to proper spotlight in Midnight is Thalyssra, and ideally in a way that is about *her* and her people, rather than her relationship to Lor'themar. Ever since the two of them got together, she hasn't really had a story that isn't about that.

Rillian struggles to ask for *anything,* but especially help. He also has pretty pervasive medical trauma. So caring for him when he's sick or injured is like caring for an injured, soaking wet stray cat that's a coin flip away from bolting or trying to maul you to death.
