Having a chronic illness is wild because sometimes you can run a PB mile but then other days you get out of bed and your heart rate shoots up 60bpm and you pull a muscle moving your head

Oh look, it has somehow become even more embarrassing to be the only American working with a bunch of Europeans 🙃

All of my coworkers live in Europe and this year has been overwhelmingly and constantly embarrassing for me

Seasonal depression is really catching up to me because of the snow - would love to go back to hike appropriate weather

Just a PSA - if you can avoid Quest Diagnostics, do it. I just got a bunch of additional blood work trauma, what looks like bruising from a punctured vein wall, a HIPAA violation, and also an enormous bill 🙃

I owe so much to the surgeon that finally took me seriously 2 years ago and yeeted my tubes. Everything is terrible but at least I don’t have to worry about that
