In 2021 my right index finger became unusable (tendonitis), then in 2024 became immobile even with external pull, like cement in my joints. I gained severe Left Anterior Shoulder Pain in 2025, persisting even after months of rehab. I want my IRL life back in 2026 and will focus more purely on that.
