Me talking about the AEW PPV on the post show later. This show had attempted murder during a coffin match, a masked man that stole the show, and a flash pin that ended Toni Storm’s reign plus Harley Cameron sucking on her thumb! 🤼

What a match and it was all thanks to Dorada. We got very little of Kazu vs Takeshita during the match. It’s a shame Dorada was there to eat the pin because he outclassed his opponents. Okada got the win with a Rainmaker on Dorada 🤼 #aew

Dorada has been far and away the star of this match. I did not see that coming into it. Not that he’s not talented, but Okada and Takeshita have taken a backseat and let him just carry the whole thing. 🤼

They should draw an outline around Dorada on the outside after he took that from Takeshita on the floor

Some lackluster finishes on the show so far to quite a few matches. Seems like there’s not much of a rhythm & flow to a lot of these matches where they build to a head and finish. Mone vs Riho was good but it never felt like Mone was going to lose and then she just cheats to win 🤼

I like how every match has a post match beat down attempt from the heels on this show so far. Fans don’t care about the results it’s just about whoever stands tall at the end of the segment. 🤼

I’m really enjoying the Bayley video packages. Torn between her face and heel personality and she’s seemingly caught in the middle right now. WWE rarely does good character pieces, but I’m enjoying these. 🤼

I give Stephanie Vaquer a ton of credit for putting so much work into her English to the point where she’s using it regularly in segments on TV. 🤼

The match between Page and MJF was great until the last few minutes which were a lot to have to swallow from a logic standpoint. 🤼

Bryce Remsburgh just set a new standard for ref competency that we haven’t seen since the early 90s in WWE 🤼

What a match between Page and MJF so far with an incredible sequence of them trading pinning combos ending in a Deadye for a near fall. Just insane 🤼

MJF bleeding a ton to you deserve it chants 🤣 🤼

Crazy spot with Page hitting a deadeye off the apron through a table holy crap and they did it in a way where the action built up to that spot and got a big reaction from the crowd. 🤼

The venue for Forbidden Door looks great. AEW did a great job of making a cool looking entrance and colorful graphics for the show. 🤼

Nice to see a clean ring mat for a change with AEW I’m so used to WWE and NJPW’s ring mats being littered with adverts 🤼

Just what wardlow needs is to be in a stable full of people that should have their own stable 🤼

Really enjoyed the tag title match. THS are a ton of fun to watch, but Tony found a way to take the titles off them and move them in another direction while capitalizing on the hot team of Brody and Bandido. 🤼

This match has been electric since the King vs Lashley segment 🍻

The Hurt Syndicate continues to face opponents that physically just don’t match up with them well at all with the exception of King here. Bandido looks so small compared to Big Bob and Benjamin and he’s not a small guy. 🤼

Really fun setup for Jamie Hater’s return. That was a great concept to have Aminita and Thekla literally fighting forever 🤼
