Honestly, the reaction to Koji using two AI images as a bit being so incredibly vitriolic is a good way to show people like Square's CEO that we will not tolerate it in any capacity in FF14. I do think that some of the reactions are going kinda far for such a small bit but that's just me.

This whole Larian situation is just tiring. Like, yeah, there’s probably a good/ethical way to use GenAI in game development but a) no one knows what the hell it is and b) all AI does to your game right now is casts doubt on your product. I hope Larian reassesses or fully reveals their workflow.

Holy shit UNBEATABLE is Its Play it. Seriously, PLAY THIS GAME. I haven’t fully completed it but I got through the first five episodes before I realized that it’s 4 am. The music’s great, the writing’s great, the animation is STELLAR, the voice acting is genuinely incredible- PLAY. THIS. GAME.

Thinking about this for no particular reason, but I find the argument for AI being “everyone’s using it! Or they will!” when responding to complaints about it so funny because if that was actually the case, and every company WAS using it… You wouldn’t have to shout it from the rooftops, would you?

Honestly, the best thing they *could* do for the Mass Effect TV show is not re-tell Sheppard's story and instead set it after the original ME trilogy. This has me *tentatively* optimistic for this TV show! If they go for something like TLOU where it expands the lore more, even better! #N7Day

I wish the BF6 campaign had more time to cook honestly. Like, the concepts that the game plays with in the story are genuinely interesting! Pax Armata is an interesting idea! The actual explanation? Ehhhhh...not amazing. It's a bombastic "explosions, set pieces, patriotism!" campaign with 1/2

Just finished FF14 7.3 and honestly, I loved the patches for this expac a lot! I really enjoyed the themes that they played with and I'm intensely intrigued at what they have planned for 7.4, .5 and ultimately the next expac. The ending really left me satisfied all around.

First thing I see when I log into FF14 today is my boy in his silly cap. Can't believe it only took six years for Viera to figure out how to use scissors. Can't wait to redo all of my glams lol #ffxiv
