Walked 5 miles on the treadmill in about 90 minutes today. I’m super proud of myself because work was crazy but I avoided the pizza even though I stayed 2 hours late. My motivation is looking good in my new clothes I bought on Black Friday. Lol

I wore a ton of sunscreen and tried my best to avoid the sun today but definitely more tan due to the LA sun being warmer for my Seattle-born body.

The flight attendant complimented my makeup saying it made my skin look smooth. I told her I usually don’t get dolled up for the plane but I have dinner plans when I land. Lol
