Crazy idea. What if we just banned all congressional districts from existing? House members for each state would still be based on population but they would have to campaign state-wide like Senators do. We could add in ranked choice voting to eliminate one party dominance.

Taking a break from bluebell photos to show some oldies from #Iceland - yay! I've only been in April once; bit of a strange in-between time - winter still trying to linger, but lots of light. Did a quick round-the-island trip incl. this wonderful beach in the NE which has some great basalt columns.
