Any time the player has to make a choice, you need to communicate that through UI... I hadn't thought about it until now but I can't think of any part worse than pawn promotion. Aside from maybe the opposing AI as a whole. But... there's definitely some library out there for that already.

Came here for the Omori acapella, left feeling totally fulfilled and traumatised at the same time. This level of complexity in voice work is not something anyone is born with. This takes an incredible level of skill and years of dedicated training. Somebody hire this man already!

If your game has a character customiser, I feel this feature should be mandatory! For the low low cost of learning to do input boxes, your game could allow players to really be themselves when so many games don't offer that same opportunity!
