I stopped drinking caffeine regularly because it was contributing to my insomnia despite not drinking any past 3pm & now a cup of coffee hits different. I can actually tell the difference in my energy with and without it. I call it "the potion of pretend I'm not sleepy" and it has many drawbacks ☕
