Vancouver WA’s HART(homeless assistance resources team) threw away two new tents and knocked down a shelter along with all belongings inside after a person was arrested for a “camping in public” violation after missing his court date. this is Vancouver, WA’s outreach in our communities… get fucked.

Keith Wilson leading all recent mayors in homeless sweeps outweighs the "overnight only" beds his office has started to help set up . Portland needs medium to long term solutions and not to reinforce systems that don't work.
