Not much to say about #TheConjuring #LastRites, but that was an A+ casting for "young Patrick Wilson".

There's a sequence in #RebuildingParadise that has such intense emotions (all from off-screen characters!) and clear visual storytelling (that use of rear-view mirrors!), you could swear it's been staged. But nope. Sometimes, life is the best director.

Somehow, #TheLostBus is the most sentimental, least political of Greengrass's docudramas. Still masterfully intense, of course, but at some point I just couldn't get over how the firefighter plot is only there to provide exposition. Next to Spike Lee's return to Katrina, this feels kinda shallow.

Quite a few fans of #TheMandalorian seem to be convinced that Children of the Watch are an evil cult that Din needs (wants!) to escape from. And, like, why? Every time we see them in S1, they come to his aid! Their customs are stern, sure, but they are still Din's support system.

2019: People online love #TheMandalorian, a surprisingly cinematic show about a bounty hunter going on missions in the underworld with his adorable baby. 2025: People online hate #TheMandalorianAndGrogu, a movie that looks, sounds and does exactly what the show did.

Naturally, the hate mill is already rolling again, especially on that other website. Guys, it's okay to admit you no longer enjoy Star Wars (or, at least, certain flavors of it) and has grown out of that universe. There's a whole boundless world of other stories out there to enjoy and celebrate.
