Just started my 2nd session of Tai Chi. I’ve wanted to start for long time, but hesitated. It engages my mind and my body so completely that it’s refreshing, and fun learning something totally new. Love it. If you’ve ever wanted to try something out of your comfort zone, don’t hesitate.

I think I might have to change a few things here cuz I can’t stand all the posts about the felon in the WH. 🤬 I read the morning news, Letters from an American, Parnas Perspective and then I’m done. I’ve lost interest in seeing DJT’s face or words anywhere else.

But what about the *noisy* writer? What kind of thoughts do we have? Are they any less brilliant, or chaotic? I don’t think so!

My heart is with the Temple Israel Synagogue in neighboring Farmington Hills, MI. It’s hard enough staying positive about what DJT is unleashing without dealing with this awfulness.

About the BIG ARCH: I would say the new bun is terrific and holds up well to the smooshy toppings. The little bit of grilled onions added zing. If I could order it with just one patty, grilled onions, and one slice of cheese— that would be yum. I wonder if McDonalds would let me customize.
