Fiiiinally got this illustration of Hades and Persephone finished up! I'm not 100% happy with it, it needed more digital touch-ups than I would have liked, but I like a lot of the overall mood and color. 😊

Death Tarot - dark fantasy theme. Assignment done during Quadra Academy course. I'm very happy that I was able to get closer to the atmospheres I love most with this illustration.

Driving along the North Cascades Highway, there's a spot where a fire broke out several years prior. All the trees were charred black, but green grasses and moss covered the ground around rocks that shone white. I loved this contrast and had to paint it. "Fire Swept Memories" #watercolor #gouache
