People have been complaining about Liberl being pronounced differently in Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter, but I'm being thrown off at other pronunciations. Like Zin is pronounced differently from how it is in Daybreak 1 and 2.

My brother refuses to play any game that isn't a live service game even though I've been fully willing to let him borrow any game I own. He just wants to play forever grind games. He belongs in the contraption.

The Pokemon card hobby is genuinely so cooked. As if the scalpers weren't bad enough. If you are lucky enough to get an order of Pokemon cards online, there are people who steal the cards from the packages and send you a box filled with open Pokemon boxes. It's such a tragedy.

The actual problem is that there are not enough hours in the day. We should raise the amount of hours each day to 28.

Looked up the new Arknights Endfield trailer posted on youtube. I still can't get over how ass this combat looks. Why do action gachas have such dogshit combat? I want to give it a try because Arknights writing is so good, but I don't want to suffer through a bad game for the story.

Hearing about this Fire Emblem Shadows game makes me feel vindicated in my opinion that we should make fun of Fire Emblem.

Nintendo makes no statement as to whether they will pursue legal action. The person who made a statement on that was a former employee speculating on whether they would. He also very clearly implies if they didn't pursue legal action, it would be to protect their green card holders.

I will not be baited into replaying Yakuza 3. I'm sure there will be massive improvements but there hasn't been a single Yakuza game I liked for the combat and I've played 0-6. I hope the turn based games have good combat though because I'd like to be a fan of more than just the narrative.

The Hundred Line Last Defense Academy won the “Award for Excellence” at the Japan Game Awards! Directors Kazutaka Kodaka and Kotaro Uchikoshi put everything on the line and risked their studio going bankrupt to make this game so it’s great to see it get recognized!

These Mario Kart patch notes are huge. And I don't just mean the lap type courses. Every competitive player hates head-bouncing as it's entirely luck based and drastically reduces your speed. And item boxes reappearing faster is great since missing an item box is super costly.

Finished chapter 2 of Trails in the Sky 1st chapter. It continues to remind me what makes this game so special. The events are more down to earth than your typical JRPG. As much as I love the rest of the series, it feels like we'll never get another game with these vibes again.

I haven't started Arknights chapter 15 yet. My enthusiasm has been neutered a bit by the fact that I got spoiled to many parts of it. I do want to read it though, but I also have the Trails in the Sky remake to focus on. And a backlog of anime to catch up to.

I have a really cool idea for a world. Where it's just people living on a giant mech. There are plates protruding out with cities on them. And inside the mech is a gigantic labyrinth full of monsters, as well as facilities like indoor farms and factories.
