Appointing the Islamic Republic of Iran to help “uphold” the UN Charter is like handing a match to an arsonist and calling it fire prevention. The UN keeps legitimizing the regime, and we’re supposed to take them seriously? The UN is a dangerous joke.

If you don’t recognize the Islamic Republic in Iran as legitimate, you don’t adopt its language. Calling Prince Reza Pahlavi a “pretender to the throne” only makes sense inside the regime’s own framework for denying his legitimacy. This Language isn’t neutral, and Iranians see it very clearly.

The situation in Iran has exposed how much of today’s western “activism” is driven by aesthetics and tribal belonging rather than principle. Real activism costs social standing, it doesn’t elevate it—and that’s a lesson much of today’s trendy social justice culture still hasn’t learned.

Despite every effort to rewrite the history of the Israel /Hamas war before it’s even written, this war will be remembered as a defining military feat that reshaped the Middle East. If you think Hamas will be remembered as the good guys you need to zoom out. History will not absolve them— or you.
