Like NYC is where most people already go on tour. So those in the city are seriously not going to pay $900 for something they literally get regularly for the cost of a book. So it’s for us coming out of state who already have to book hotels and subway tickets and plane flights. Gross.

I’ll still be going to NYC to see friends and show my partner everything I loved about it. And hit up all my favorite bookstores. But going to a convention that Reedpop already struggled to do well, and now tickets are 267-450% higher? Yeah I’ll use that $400-$900 for broadway and bookstores.
