Six pollinators on Butterfly Weed, Asclepias tuberosa. I was only able to find one butterfly in my pictures, and my plants haven't hosted any Monarchs yet this first year, but they have been very popular with bees.

It took me more than 4 years to capture a scene I could only dream of. A magnificent Condor soars above the peaks of Argentina's Mount Fitz Roy, as they are spot lit in beautiful morning light. šŖ¶

Stay strong. For us, this is more than just a job-itās a calling. Together, we will stand to protect our parks, environment, and wildlife. Four years⦠we remain hopeful that the attack on our public lands will be less brutal this time.

I wonder if anything is overwintering in the insect hotel my husband made last fall. There is a section with wool and some of that has been taken. Hopefully the wool has made a cozy nest for some critters.
