There’s really no excuse for Denver not being a world-class bike city. The weather is mild, it’s mostly flat, it’s full of people who pride themselves on being outdoorsy, and some of its most popular attractions are pedestrianized zones.

Also wild to me because bike lane projects get killed all the time for all sorts of trivial or made-up reasons. No one has ever needed to take a bribe or risk prison time to do it!

Am I right in thinking Trader Joe’s intentionally make their parking lots cramped and hectic? It’s a shame more people aren’t getting the memo: it’s way easier to bike or walk to TJ’s.
