Those 4K Arrows look amazing! I seriously hope 4K doesn't overtake standard Blu-ray and become the norm. Sure, they would be cool, but buying 4K is a real luxury. I would honestly be happy with Blu-ray quality for the rest of my life. God forbid 8K boutiques ever become a thing and overtake the 4Ks.

Currently watching 'This Is I' on Netflix, which is a biopic on trans singer, Haruna Ai. It's a great film, but a man was cast as Haruna Ai. If trans women can be cast to play trans women in 90s V-Cinema, then why can't they be cast to play the lead in a Netflix original in 2026? There is no excuse!

Why are drunken men allowed to act however they like on public transport with no consequences? I literally had to get up and move because two wasted men sat next to me and wouldn't stop making obnoxiously loud orgasm noises. It's scary enough taking public transport as a trans person.

Just traveled back to Yorkshire for the first time since September. Cornwall feels a lot less isolating, but its tap water in no way compares. Might have to start getting my Mum to bottle it up and ship it down south for me.

After waiting 15 days to have a phone call with my GP, the phone rings once and he hangs up before I have a chance to answer. My GP then calls back 5 minutes later and hangs up on me 5 seconds into the call. I received no text or email to reschedule the appointment... do I exist?

I don't know if this is just a problem with my local cinema or cinemas in general, but why does the fire exit sign have to be so blindingly bright! I'm trying to watch Timothee Chalamet play ping pong and all I can see is a blindingly green light in the corner of my eye. At least dim it slightly!

Last night I somehow fell faced first in the bath and banged my nose on the bottom of the tub. Sounds bad, but for the first time in my life I can breath completely clearly and deeply through my nose! It feels fantastic! My nose doesn't even hurt, just a little sore if touched. A small price to pay.

Sato's early work being released on Blu-ray, is nothing short of incredible! Truly one of the best-looking sets I've seen, and without a doubt the most exciting release of the year. I can hardly wait to see what Sato's are released next!!

My girlfriend went above and beyond with this year's Halloween gifts: the Coffin Joe box set and a mint-condition issue of Asian Cult Cinema Magazine featuring an interview with Hisayasu Sato! She knows me so well, but she went way over budget lol.

I've been doing 'Asian Horror September' every year since 2019. It's exactly what it sounds like and in that entire time I haven't been able to convince a single person to do it with me. Spooky season is the best time of year and this gives you one whole extra month of scares. Do people hate fun?!?!
