Just finished Clair Obscur. I can’t believe I wasn’t going to play this game and am very thankful to my partner for pestering me to. The game is a genuine work of art, and brought me to tears by the end. I cannot recommend it enough.

My skill issues at zamorak are slowly transitioning into more general things like messing up prayer flicks. Hopefully, once I work up the energy, I can get some solid pushing done.

You know, there’s multiple reasons I dislike Zamorak as a boss, but the fact that you can just sit in infernus during green hp with minimal reprecussions to get your cooldowns back is probably up there from a design perspective.

pushing zamorak enrage is actually making me go insane almost at 2k now but I’m consistently just barely getting chaos blast in p5, meaning that my p6es are incredibly cursed and usually result in death. I think its a grey health issue between p4 and p5

after some rough playing around and theorycrafting, the buffed ezk is pretty cool, though I do still miss old ezk spec I really wanna see someone do necro/mage + melee brid zuk because that seems like the perfect place to squeeze value from the new ezk spec

The new weapon changes blog on rs3 is super disappointing. The new EZK is terrible, with a spec that’s far too expensive which applies a buff that only works whilst using the ezk, and a passive where the most useful part is a raw damage buff to quake. [1/2]

seeing as its DXP, I decided to have a film day, watching a few films I’ve been meaning to get around to and one recommended by a friend.

Just watched Nobody with a bunch of friends, pretty good film, some dumb fun. Pretty obviously inspired by John Wick but with more comedy sprinkled in. Would recommend if you have an hour and a half to kill.

rs3 take, I dislike “logscape” as it means we’re unlikely to see any rare drops like Vitalis or AoD chests in the future Those 1 in a million (hyperbole) drops are super cool to me but because people (myself included) like logging everything people would get upset if new bosses had that kinda stuff

Zamorak climb is going well, still acclimating to the 900% grey hp buff once I get to 1740% it should be smoother sailing with how I can learn a rot based off consistent spec orders.

Just finished watching the last Capaldi season of Dr Who. Probably my favourite series finale I’ve seen (started with Eccleston). Big fan of Capaldi as a doctor too, I think Matt Smith is still my favourite but he definitely comes very close.

Dragonwilds 100% finished, took me about 28 hours all in all. Absolute peak. Really looking forward to see how it grows in the future. I do feel like the Velgar fight is a little non threatening if you bring antipoisons though.

Dragonwilds is sick actually, Zuk GM can take a backseat until I finish this. Just about got to the place with bronze and tin, so I’m taking some time to set up a larger, permanent base.

WOO, GM Nakatra done. This one took a while and a fortune in death costs (I don’t want to talk about it) but honestly melee sanctum is pretty fun once you learn it. Doesn’t change the fact I hate sanctum though.

Just finished Trepang2, a brilliant game with a great story that rugpulls you in multiple ways you won’t expect. Amazing soundtrack, great graphics and general chaotic fun. A very strong recommendation from me.

t4 wars blessing done, starting work at sanctum and every vermyx achievement combined was precisely enough combatscore to bring my points up to the amount needed.

New RS3 quest thoughts, good lore, underwhelming gameplay, felt a little like it was only a portion of a quest, all in all maybe a 7/10? Not exceptional and not as good as beneath scabaras sands, but a fine quest all in all. Can’t complain.

oh yeah, I also finished master of all earlier whilst waiting for someone to hop in vc for the new quest.

And, finishing off the ED trio, that’s Seiryu GM done. Maging the head was annoying because you basically need a wand spec reset but rng came through and compensated for the myriad of big mistakes I made this kill by giving me a billion crits on crystals. youtu.be/oyrU0uO6RvI

Amby GM done. This one was fairly free, just had to get the skip timing down. roared stalled claws > overpower > cane op Everything I did post skip was super scuffed but it didn’t really matter in the end. They could easily have made this one sub 1:30 imo.
