Back in the day I worked as a consultant for big companies and my job was parachuting in at the last minute for projects someone else fucked up, and I got paid stunningly well because at that point it just needed to be fixed. Now with the advent of "AI" I could do that job again, very profitably.

yeah there's a lot of "create weird art" and not a lot of "your favorite artist can't balance their shitty dayjob and emergency expenses with creating art" or "your favorite artist is burnt out because they've been doing more commissions than personal art for years"
