I stopped wearing my Star of David necklace after its symbol was being used to support a genocide. Today, I am reclaiming it with a symbol being used to show support for Palestine (which is now being deemed anti-Semitic). Now all Jews are Zionists and many of us support our Palestinian neighbors.

A group of native ground nesting bees have moved into the grounds of the Division of Refuse Collection's Administrative Office and I'm working with staff to make sure they have a bit of protection.

The gateway to Scioto Audubon Metro Park, the Whittier St. Bridge, is now open, updated, and a major improvement for pedestrians and cyclists as they enter and exit this park. Thank you to Columbus Public Service and Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks for partnering on this successful project.

It's official...the Whittier St Bridge rehabilitation and shared-use path addition are complete! This important infrastructure and safety improvement is an example of the impact made by city bond issue funding.
