Update: My therapist had to take medical leave for a while. I have a temp therapist. I got medicated and the pill made me have hulk rage. Doctor blames me for the medication he prescribed me (i didnt even blame him btw) and now I’m off of it and starting to finally feel normal (or like before it.)

I went to therapy today. I have started the process to get medicated for my cptsd. There is no prize for suffering. I want to be the best version of myself. I am afraid due to past medical neglect. But I am a horse. Horses take medicine to get better. I continue to live everyday for love and hope <3
