If a 5yo is on a platform like this it's not tech problem it's a parenting problem. FL's child welfare statute would consider this child endangerment IRL. It's time to connect the dots. The Roblox cases are becoming extremely disturbing as younger plaintiffs appear. But not for reasons you think.

Child exploitation takes a lot of forms. This is one of them.

The person who gets this most effectively is @wyden.senate.gov who has crafted a bill - the Invest in Child Safety Act - that would right size funding, staffing and oversight.
