I can feel the change. I’ve become such an honest expression of my feelings. My mind steps aside so my heart can speak. Discovering this part of myself feels like uncovering a brilliant gem that was always shining but I couldn’t see. I feel vibrant, full of depth, alive. 💖

Last night I started my crazy HIIT workouts again. I felt so amazing today from all the endorphins that I ended up doing another workout again today. Sure, working out is hard. And it’s hard to show up day after day. But holy fuck, that feeling after makes me feel like a different person.

Today is the 40th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda. It also happens to be my dad’s birthday. Playing Zelda with him is one of my oldest memories. Zelda has been a constant for me through a lot of tumultuous times. Happy Birthday, Dad. And Happy Zeldaversary. 🩷
