A good example, there are a lot of people strongly politically/emotionally invested in the DC shooting having not been antisemitic in any way, thus they take the ambassador’s words as prima facie the truth rather than actually being the very Zionist dissemblement they’re looking for.

The biases creating the divide observed here are pretty obvious, the ambassador has an interest in making this solely an issue of anti-Israel “terrorism”, AJC wants it to primarily be an antisemitic attack on a diaspora institution as well as anti-Israel “terrorism”.
