After cutting my teeth on The Smoke Room, I'm finally going back and reading Echo. Just finished Flynn's route last night, and it absolutely wrecked me. Maybe at least in part because I read TJ's route first. Poor lizard boy. :( I just want to hug him and tell him everything is going to be ok.

I'm unfortunately finding Silksong VERY frustrating to play. I really want to like it -- beautiful graphics, great music and exploration. But also, every enemy is evasive, tanky, and high damage, controls are imprecise with very precise platforming, currency is important and rare, and so on. Bummer.

I know people follow me for fursuits and fanart, and I've tried to keep other posting to a minimum, but I'm actually livid, and I'm just beyond my breaking point with the smothering barrage of lies, grifting, human rights violations, and other horrors of the past 8 months. I don't know what to do.

Some dipshit who thinks he can see people's mitochondrial aura as he walks by them in passing is putting himself in between me and my evidence-based, effective healthcare. He is promoting the spread of life-threatening infectious disease, and he is destroying generations of medical progress.

More than 1 million people in the US *died* because this country failed in its response to COVID the first time around. And the number was ONLY that low because scientists were enabled to do science and produce vaccines. Less than five years later, we are snatching that protection away from people.

The head of Health and Human Services is completely disregarding the evidence-based, life-saving science the scientists in his department are doing so he can peddle anti-intellectual, actively dangerous lies about vaccines. He is killing people in the name of anti-science, baseless conspiracy.

The coolest bit of lore I can share is that Max Mittelman commissioned the Red XIII artwork on his autograph posters from @johannatarkela.com as a DIRECT result of seeing two of my commissions from her AAAAAA how amazing. I've included all three AMAZING pieces below.

Home from GalaxyCon! I enjoyed it!
