A grouping of times that I have made fabric feathers that I consider to be "semi-real" specifically cases where no real feathers were used. All done in sport neoprene and hand painted with fabric paints.

This started as an "extinct griffin" but then, when we were halfway settled on a Teratornis for the bird half, the client said "well I like bearded vultures a whole lot" which I was not gonna argue against a bearded vulture since I've been wanting to make one lol, so bearded sabertooth it was then!

This tail is made of insanity, insanity, fur, stuffing, and a pool toy. The tail has a inflatable pool noodle in 80% of it, so it's light enough to be upright, and it *almost* didn't even need that clear strap, because the strap is not there to hold it up it's just to keep it centered :p

As amazing as big swishy tails are, they are a little bit of a commitment to wear, so here is an easier to wear nub tail for when they wear the suit as a partial, there was not room for 20+ furs at 1/4 the length so it was interesting making something that captured the look since it could not be 1:1

Someone please hire me for a "poodling debate" fursuit! By that I mean a poodle partial where the skin of the face is color matched to your exposed skin! Please I so wanna make it but I don't do events anymore so it'd be useless for myself, and I need to color match so it can't be a premade :P

What species of fursuit is the most rare? Maybe fish? Been at this since 2008 and I have only ever made 2 fish that were actual fish and not a hybrid creature or a fantasy critter, and even then the seahorse is a premade, the eel is the only fish I have ever been hired to make.

Randomly sharing some suit making tips that were obscure to me: Heat weakens magnets, don't hot glue em. Use rubbing alcohol to remove paint and loosen hot glue accidents so you can pick it back off. You need to wash the mold release agent off of resin and expanding foam or glue/paint won't stick.

Client needed! Can be a tiger, saber tooth or maybe a literal tiger shark or tiger dragon? Ideally a fullsuit but will settle for a partial w/sleeves. Ideally toony style since I bought this lightweight squishy TPU head base from @stuffedpanda.bsky.social specifically with this fur in mind :)

If there is one thing I love doing it's inventing unicorns, I am open for artistic liberty year round if anyone would like to order an equus unicornis, just give me a basic plan and see what I come up with (for example the Recondite wanted theirs dour faced with the markings and horn of a gemsbok)
