The proposed development is predominantly studio apartments (38) but also includes some 1-bed plus study, 2-bed and 3-bed apartments. This is presumably a Build to Rent development. The ground floor includes a public cafe, 105 bike parks and a carpark for a shared vehicle. 2/2
