Grip and A/V question. I've been doing over/under wrapping for 20 years for cabling. A DP recently told me that I should never do that because it puts tension on the cables and when you run them out it causes knots. I've always thought and experienced the exact opposite. Who is correct?

How the Heck does this happen? This weird bolt was holding my TV into the mount on the wall. It's not just stripped, it's machined smooth. I was able to remove this with needle nose pliers so it's not like I screwed it in and stripped it bare myself. But I had to have screwed it in initially. Wtf?
