In paragraphs 1-19 of today’s story on Trump’s Jesuspalooza, evangelical zealots are repeatedly quoted stating that separation of church and state has no historical basis. The only actual historian consulted isn't quoted until paragraph 20. For a busy NYT reader, it's hard to know who to believe.

Whether it’s Donald Trump stealing $1.7 billion from the treasury to share with his friends or Hillary Clinton using a private email server to share risotto recipes with her friends, there’s plenty of inappropriate sharing on both sides.

I'm not sure how you can be against removing this man from office right now. What will it take? A nuke being dropped? It's too late then. The purpose of impeachment and the 25th Amendment is to prevent that type of thing from happening, not just to react to it.

Trump not is advancing "one-sided narratives"--he is telling lies. You presuppose two sides, when in this situation there are not. He is telling a lie, a word that @nytimes, with all its primness & bothsidesism, refuses to use. And thus the NYT itself denies the truth.
