I watched the Hong Kong movie Back to the Past. The behind the scene stuff for this movie is more interesting than it is. It's a film sequel to a 2001 HK series called Step into the Past. It also finished filming in 2019 and didn't get released until December 2025 because of covid. #filmsky

Crimson Desert is just fucked on consoles lol. VRR doesn't work without vsync, HDR resets every time you boot the game, 120hz makes everything blurry. Definitely happy waiting for it to drop in price and get patches.

There's a roguelike Picross game out there and it's neat, but the timer just adds so much stress to it and I understand you kind of have to have it there for a game like that, but I like to play Picross as a way to relax and just listen to music.

Crimson Desert's open world does look really boring. Like, there's stuff there, but you can't do anything with it, which begs the question of "why is it there?". That's generally my problem with open world games and that game sure doesn't seem to fix it. It sure is pretty though...minus the pop in.

Might not actually get this battle pass for the first time since the game came out. Only really like the Hela and Luna skins, but I don't play either character really. Angela skins are an affront to God because they hid her abs and the default is all you'll ever need lol.

I watched the Korean movie The Informant. This was alright. Nice to see Heo Sung-tae get the lead role as he's always a highlight in anything he's in. A couple really good comedy bits. The plot is messy enough that they have to stop to explain it a bit too often. There's better out there. #filmsky
