Some days you aren’t feeling it; you’re in pain, slept poorly, fatigued. Some days you have to listen to your body. Some days you just have to stick to your plan and get it done. If I’m a pro I’m just marching to the tune of my training plan. Do what they would do.

At a community engagement workshop on road management in my region this week, I came away thinking cyclists are at risk from failings in infrastructure. Two near misses this week make me think it’s more related to poor and aggressive driving.
