Picked this up on my travels. The muddy production that caused a kerfuffle between the band and a certain famous Detroit musician isn’t as bad on vinyl as it seemed on CD. Dirty garage rock kinda suits it. #nowplaying

The Mercury Music prize is obviously aimed at supermarket buyers. Which I suppose is okay. I love a few of the albums on there, too, just not sure they’re the pinnacle of this year’s best releases. Clubcard points tho🤘🏼 (Still, you can’t please everyone and massive congrats to those shortlisted.)
